In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), please read the following notice carefully. By using our website and services, the Purchaser acknowledges and consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as outlined below:

  1. The Purchaser’s personal data will be processed by the Developer or by parties acting on the Developer’s behalf. Such personal data will include (but will not be limited to) the Purchaser’s name, identity card number, passport number, nationality, race, birth date, age, gender, address, telephone number, e-mail address, religious beliefs, medical records, criminal records, affiliations, political beliefs and any other information relating directly or indirectly to the Purchaser or which may be used to identify the Purchaser.

  2. The Developer may process the Purchaser’s personal data for the following purposes:
    1. To provide the Purchaser with products and/or service and any other purpose relating to the Developer’s provision and/or the Purchaser’s usage of said products and/or service;
    2. To maintain internal records;
    3. To verify the Purchaser’s identity;
    4. To contact the Purchaser;
    5. To enable the Purchaser to enter into a contract with the Developer;
    6. To carry out research and analysis;
    7. To conduct marketing and promotion;
    8. To conduct audits, investigations, or any other inquiry;
    9. To conduct any legal proceedings or in relation to any legal action;
    10. To prevent any unlawful act;
    11. To carry out any action provided for by law or required by an authority;
    12. To achieve any other purpose which, in the Developer’s estimation, is necessary and/or reasonable in the circumstances.
    13. Delivery of notice, documents, forms, and other documents under the agreements, contracts, memorandum and/or arrangements;
    14. Prevention, hindrance, reporting of any crime including but not limited to fraud, bribery and money laundering;
    15. Compliance to any legal or regulatory requirements relating to the provision of the Developer’s services/products and to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law, regulation, direction, court order, order, by-law, guideline, circular, code applicable to us or any associated, subsidiary, related companies of the Developer’s company.

  3. The Developer may collect the Purchaser’s personal data from the following sources:
    1. From the Purchaser;
    2. From the Purchaser’s usage of the products and/or services;
    3. From any communication provided by the Purchaser to the Developer;

  4. The Purchaser has the right to request access to, to request correction or to limit the Developer’s processing of the Purchaser’s personal data. To exercise this right, please contact the Developer using the contact information provided in this document. Please note that the Purchaser’s exercise of the aforesaid right may have effects on the Developer’s provision of the products and/or services (such effects may include the non-provision of the products and/or services) to the Purchaser and the Developer is not liable for any loss, damage, or any other liability resulting directly or indirectly from such effects.

  5. The Developer may disclose the Purchaser’s personal data to the following parties:
    1. A party to whom disclosure is provided for under law or required by an authority;
    2. A company related to the Developer;
    3. The Developer’s business partners, agents, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, service providers, and suppliers;
    4. Auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers or advisors;

  6. The personal data the Purchaser provides to the Developer is obligatory and necessary in order for the Developer to provide the Purchaser with the products and/or service. Any failure to provide such personal data may have effects on the Developer’s provision of the products and/or services (such effects may include the non-provision of the products and/or services) to the Purchaser and the Developer is not liable for any loss, damage, or any other liability resulting directly or indirectly from such effects.

Selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA), sila baca notis berikut dengan teliti. Dengan menggunakan laman web dan perkhidmatan kami, Pembeli mengakui dan memberikan persetujuan terhadap pengumpulan, penggunaan, dan pemprosesan data peribadi mereka seperti yang dinyatakan di bawah:

  1. Maklumat peribadi Pembeli akan diproses oleh pihak Pemaju atau pihak yang bertindak bagi pihak Pemaju. Data peribadi yang dimaksudkan termasuklah (tetapi tidak terhad kepada) nama Pembeli, nombor kad pengenalan, nombor passport, kewarganegaraan, bangsa, kaum, tarikh lahir, umur, jantina, alamat, nombor telefon, alamat e-mel, kepercayaan agama, rekod perubatan, rekod jenayah, persatuan, kepercayaan politik dan sebarang maklumat lain yang berkaitan secara langsung atau tidak langsung kepada Pembeli atau yang boleh digunakan untuk mengenal pasti Pembeli.

  2. Pihak Pemaju akan memproses data peribadi Pembeli untuk tujuan-tujuan berikut:
    1. Untuk menyediakan Pembeli dengan produk dan/atau perkhidmatan dan apa-apa tujuan lain yang berhubung dengan penyediaan dan/atau penggunaan produk/perkhidmatan tersebut;
    2. Untuk mengekalkan rekod dalaman;
    3. Untuk mengesahkan identiti Pembeli;
    4. Untuk menghubungi Pembeli;
    5. Untuk membolehkan Pembeli untuk memasuki kontrak bersama pihak Pemaju;
    6. Untuk menjalankan penyelidikan dan analisis;
    7. Untuk menjalankan pemasaran dan promosi;
    8. Untuk menjalankan audit, siasatan atau pertanyaan lain;
    9. Untuk menjalankan prosiding undang-undang atau tindakan berkaitan;
    10. Untuk mengelakkan perbuatan yang melanggar undang-undang;
    11. Untuk tindakan diperuntukkan oleh undang-undang atau dikehendaki oleh pihak berkuasa;
    12. Untuk tujuan lain yang munasabah menurut penilaian pihak Pemaju;
    13. Penghantaran notis, dokumen, borang, dan lain-lain di bawah perjanjian, kontrak, atau pengaturan;
    14. Pencegahan dan pelaporan jenayah termasuk penipuan, rasuah, pengubahan wang haram;
    15. Pematuhan kepada undang-undang, peraturan, arahan, mahkamah, garis panduan, dan kod berkaitan.

  3. Pihak Pemaju boleh mengumpul data peribadi Pembeli daripada sumber-sumber berikut:
    1. Daripada Pembeli sendiri;
    2. Daripada penggunaan produk/perkhidmatan Pemaju oleh Pembeli;
    3. Daripada komunikasi Pembeli kepada pihak Pemaju.

  4. Pembeli mempunyai hak untuk meminta akses dan pembetulan terhadap data peribadi mereka. Sila hubungi pihak Pemaju menggunakan maklumat perhubungan di bawah. Harap maklum bahawa pelaksanaan hak ini mungkin memberi kesan terhadap penyediaan produk/perkhidmatan dan pihak Pemaju tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerugian atau liabiliti akibatnya.

  5. Pihak Pemaju boleh mendedahkan data peribadi Pembeli kepada pihak-pihak berikut:
    1. Pihak berkuasa atau seperti yang diperuntukkan di bawah undang-undang;
    2. Syarikat berkaitan dengan pihak Pemaju;
    3. Rakan perniagaan, ejen, pekerja, kontraktor, sub-kontraktor, pembekal perkhidmatan/produk;
    4. Juruaudit, perunding, akauntan, peguam, dan penasihat profesional lain.

  6. Pembeli wajib memberikan data peribadi kepada pihak Pemaju. Kegagalan berbuat demikian boleh menyebabkan produk/perkhidmatan tidak dapat diberikan dan pihak Pemaju tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian atau liabiliti yang timbul.
